My Weekend Valentines :)

Hey guys! I've been MIA I know but after all the arguing between my boyfriend and I, my cousin and bestie decided we could use a good roadtrip and have a Girl's Valentine's Day Weekend Extravaganza! The weekend was amazing from the time we stepped foot into atlanta until we left. We have family in atlanta so it was good to catch up, eat good food, share laughs, shop, go clubbin', and let loose for a while :) I've added a few pics of me and my fabulous weekend Valentine's

Tears of a Tiger

As I sit in my bed with a face full of tears, I begin to wonder why do I love so hard? What's the point if it's not appreciated and once the renter is done with my heart he gives it back broken? How many times must you give so much? How many tears can you cry, words can you curse, love can you spread, and care can you give until you're empty from being unappreciated? 

Tonight my boyfriend and I had a bad argument ... correction I had the argument by my damn self. He has to go out of town tomorrow and won't be back until Sunday so we planned this nice date night with one another. He had a presentation to work on and I didn't get off work until 9 so the timing was supposed to workout perfectly. I called him once I got home...no answer. Now mind you when I text or call you and you don't respond I get irritated, UGH! SO I texted him, he texted back, cool. An hour or so went by and I'm getting tired at this point so I text him again and he texted back, cool. SOOOOOO another hour or so went my and he didn't respond... I text him again a few minutes later and no response. By this time I'm irate b/c I'm losing sleep to stay up and wait for someone who clearly has said "f**k you girl, I'm not coming over" without saying a word. So finally I text one last time with a face full of tears because not only is ignoring me one of my biggest pet peeves which he clearly knows about BUT this was a night I put off doing other stuff to spend quality time with him and like I said previously he won't be back in town until Sunday. SO not only am I irate, my feelings are hurt. I feel like I've been slapped in the face and fooled by stupid cupid again. Love and relationships are so complex...

A Prayer 4 You...or at least me anyway...

So the original plan today was to blog about my Natural Puff I'm rocking b/c I was super excited about having enough hair to pull it off. Before I do my usual random rants and raves I check my dashboard to see if something more important need to be said/shared. SO today I randomly decided to read some comments from a really good post and discovered THIS:

MUST HAVES!!

I told myself that I would not do any extensive shopping this year *I need rehab!!* BUT I ran across this site by accident and was looking at some gorgeous natural hairstyles when I these bright colored words caught my attention...it read 30 LOOKS, 30 DAYS.

So me being me wondered what that was all about and thought the outfit behind the words were pretty dope. SO! I clicked on it and fell in love with some of the outfits and just my luck the lady put the website under each outfit. Me being me, HAD to go to each website and look at sales and plan ways to spend some of my first paycheck on the reasonable priced items. I mean I work 40 hours a week and I work hard so I talked myself into believing I deserved a treat. Plus Valentines Day is coming up and even though I have a Valentine, no love is greater than self love sooooooo with that being said here are some of the items I added to my cart...
